Experience Summary

Ken Proskie, the principal consultant, has over 30 years of diverse and practical experience in the occupational health and safety profession. Prior to launching Compass Health & Safety, he worked at Pactiv Corporation and The Quaker Oats Company where he held a wide variety of safety management positions.

He has designed, launched, managed, and audited numerous programs for both large and small companies. His industry experience includes: plastics, paper, foods, pet foods, beverages, chemicals, toys, metal cans, garments, synthetic yarns, foundries, boat hulls, marine engines, and automotive.

Ken is an experienced professional with a long history of dedicated service. He holds the following nationally-recognized professional certifications:

Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) – comprehensive practice

Certified Safety Professional (CSP) – comprehensive practice
